Exhibition "To be or not to Barbie"
and street photography at the De.Studio in Amsterdam was a blast!
The festive opening on September 18 in de.Studio was a success with barbie entertainment by Dixi Barbie and barbie poetry by Arjan Slotboom. There was dancing, barbies chopping and speaking about the significance of the Studio as a Gallery.
Saskia spoke about the significance of her photo work with the iconic model barbie and her role and influence on girls and women in society.
The finissage on 09 October was again a success. After this Saskia exhibits at Lokatie Laurier in Amsterdam from 19 November with barbie still lifes.
